The illumination of large industrial plants requires precision, durability and reliability. The SILL48 Xtrem floodlights have been developed for the toughest environments and have a corrosion-resistant, one-piece housing with IP65 protection and extremely robust electronics. They are designed for intensive use at high temperatures of up to 50°C. Their precision optics provide uniform illumination from great heights. Better light for more safety in all your industrial applications, both indoors and outdoors.

Exceptional durability of the materials

The Sill 48 Xtrem has an anti-corrosion treatment that provides high resistance in corrosive environments such as those found in the food industry, harbours, mineral processing and other coastal industries.

Durability of the electronics, even in the event of intensive use at 50 °C

The LED light source was selected for its efficiency and exceptional longevity, which is over 100,000 hours even with intensive round-the-clock use at a continuous temperature of 50 °C. The LED driver can withstand voltage peaks of up to 8kV, making the luminaire suitable for high-risk power grids.

Permanently waterproof IP65, for dirty, damp or exposed environments.

With its IP65 protection rating, the Sill 48 Xtrem offers high resistance to dust and water ingress, including splashing water from multiple directions, making it ideal for complicated environments such as the food industry or other areas exposed to dust or water ingress.

In black or white, depending on the intended industrial application

Two versions are available. A black version is designed for extreme industries, with a very resistant tempered glass lens and a highly efficient 4000 K light source (or optional 3000 K if required for outdoor applications). A white version has been developed for industries that require high quality light, with a CRI>80 source and a polycarbonate lens that is ideal for "clean" industries such as the food industry.

Significant operating cost savings guaranteed

Maintenance and safety savings thanks to a solution that will not require any interventions for the next 10 years, a real advantage for common installations at height that are difficult to access (e.g. cranes and hoists in ports, sugar factories, maintenance centres, high-volume industrial installations, etc.)
