BP's ICBT site in Sunbury, UK, comprises office buildings, technical areas and outdoor spaces dedicated to research and innovation. In this simultaneously industrial and tertiary environment, outdoor lighting plays a key role: it must ensure the safety of movement, enhance access points and maintain a sober and professional atmosphere. For this project, SILL's 14L floodlights were chosen for their performance and their ability to adapt to different uses.
When installed on access routes, car parks and around buildings, the 14Ls provide powerful, well-controlled light with a homogeneous distribution. Thanks to their different optics, they can efficiently cover large areas without over-illuminating. Their robust construction makes them ideal for intensive outdoor use, in a changeable climate such as the south of England. The lighting used provides comfort and safety for employees while blending unobtrusively into the architecture of the site. It reflects the modern and austere image of the BP campus in Sunbury.
